Before the formation of SCBA, Noosa Cyclones competed as a stand-alone representative team within BQJBC.

Even after the creation of the SCBA in 2015, Noosa Cyclones still field strong, competitive sides within mid-level competitions such as the SBL, the SCBL, and external club tournaments.

The strongest players from within NDBA's 5 clubs are selected to represent the Noosa Cyclones through annual try outs.

Noosa’s junior development offers a viable pathway for our junior players to progress their basketball into the elite senior level of QBL, WNBL & NBL, and beyond.
