Noosa District Basketball Association will be holding its 2019 Annual General Meeting on Saturday May 4th, 2019.
All of the following positions will be vacant
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary
General Committee Member (1)
General Committee Member (2)
General Committee Member (3)
Although it won't be actioned at the AGM, Noosa Basketball will also be looking to add a varied role sub-committee to help further grow the club.
The sub-committee will include one member from each of our 5 internal clubs (Central Saints, Eastern Eagles, GSLC, North Western Warriors, Southern Sabres)
One member will be voted as the sub-committee president, and will interact with NDBA's management committee during meetings.

PROXY SUBMISSION:
Due by Friday 3rd May 2019, so the proxy can be confirmed prior to the AGM
VOTING PROCESS:
Each adult member is entitled to one vote.
Each parent, or guardian (as per registration detail), of a junior member may vote. One
parent vote each. If there are two junior members, each parent may have a vote, to a
maximum of one vote per parent. If there are more than two junior members in the family,
only one vote is allowed per parent or guardian. If a parent is a member in their own right,
then they can only use that vote - they do not get more than one vote.
The above rules apply for proxy votes - one vote per member can be proxied to a member
attending the AGM. The proxy form must be used for this purpose to clearly detail the Proxy
information.
